When I saw these bunnies on Purl Bee, I knew I wanted to make some. Then my mom came for a visit and adorable bunny finger puppets were created through minimal effort of my own. Other than my enormous felt collection. Thanks Mom!
A pattern and full directions can be found at Purl Bee. Not being full-fledged Martha Stewarts, we attached pom poms on the end and did not make our own!
This rhyme works well with them.
Five little rabbits sitting by the door.
One hopped away, and then there were four.Four little rabbits moved under a tree.
One hopped away, and then there were three.Three little rabbits drinking morning dew.
One hopped away, and then there were two.Two little rabbits resting in the sun.
One hopped away, and then there was one.One little rabbit isn’t any fun.
He hopped away to find the others,
and then there were none.
For this week’s Flannel Friday round up, visit Storytime Katie.

I am in LOVE. These are so handsome! I can’t wait to make some for a Rabbit storytime kit for my library. Thanks for introducing me to Purl Bee, too!
Your rabbits are beautiful! I love that the ears are all different colors!
Oh, my goodness! Those rabbits are just precious. I absolutely cannot wait to try those, though I have to admit that I am not a particularly good sewer.
