Flannel Friday: Picture Frame Flannelboard

on December 14, 2012

By far, my most repinned entry to the Pinterest canon is the picture frame flannelboard from This Mama Loves Her Bargains so I thought I’d share it here as well. I’m sure a large part of its appeal is that it is so easy to make!  Really all you have to do is take out the glass, cover the cardboard with felt and slap it back in. Felt pieces can be attached to the back in a baggie. An easy Christmas gift or, for libraries with small storytime crowds, wouldn’t it be fun to make one for each child? I had 85 for storytime on Wednesday — I don’t think that’s a realistic idea in my library! Here it is with a rooster tangram.
